The company MATINATA s.r.o. was founded in 2000. Since 10 November 2000, the company has been entered in the Commercial Register of the Ostrava Regional Court, Section C, entry 23295. Pursuant to Act no. 563/91 Coll., on accounting and Act no. 586/92 Coll., as amended, as well as various other concessions, the company MATINATA s.r.o. offers its clients and customers (whether natural or legal entities, in business or in government) accountancy and tax services, expert advice for company crisis management, expert advice for company crisis management and business consultancy.
From 2000 - 2001, MATINATA s.r.o. completed its first stage of development. During this time it grew to become a modern and dynamic company, one that today is extending its portfolio of accountancy services, emphasising an individual approach to each client and their specific requirements. Over the intervening years the company’s employees have become active members in the Union of Accountants, the aim being to obtain the three-stage certification awarded by this professional institution.
To ensure better professional specialisation, the company is divided into the following sections: tax, accountancy methods and salary.
From our commercial premises in Ostrava-Mariánské Hory, we operate primarily in Ostrava and the surrounding area.
